The collaboration of this violin with my husband Tony, based on a golden period Strad, is now finished and is for sale!
It’s sounds powerful and even across all 4 strings.
If you’re interested, please dm us.

I suppose that there are only a few famous Strads & Guarnerii for which you can find patterns; is that true? For instance, the Strads played by Elman & Joachim, & Kreisler’s G. Bergonzi, to my ear, sound richest.

Hmm. Elman owned 3 Strads – but he had the 1722 longest & Kreislers was a Carlo Bergonzi between 1733-35.

There is many Strads and Guarneris one can take patterns from. We didn’t focus on one specific one other than taking the outline and f-holes from the Messiah.
